Who They Are
The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people under 25. Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project was born out of a simple yet powerful idea: that every young person, regardless of identity or orientation, deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported.
What started as a lifeline has grown into a comprehensive mental health and advocacy organization offering a range of services, including:
